Two ways people have been guessing for years
Neither of these is medical fact. They're the same theories parents have argued about in waiting rooms for decades, Kay just puts a number on them.
This is for fun, not a diagnosis
Neither of these two methods is a clinically proven way to determine sex. The only reliable ways to find out are a mid-pregnancy anomaly scan, a NIPT blood test, or your sonographer telling you directly. Nub Gender Reveal is a bit of entertainment for the wait in between, scored honestly by Kay, but it isn't medical advice and it shouldn't replace anything your midwife or doctor tells you.
